As this collection was created for publication, it was produced with a different photographic paper and technique and was  never offered to the public. The collection was created over a 24 month period and numbered over 120 new handcolored photographs, featuring about a third restored courthouses, a third new photographs of unrestored courthouses and the final third second works of the earlier images.
